Theater Thikwa<\/strong> has existed for more than 30 years and is Germany\u2019s most important inclusive\/mixed-abled theater. Performers with and without disabilities develop and present dance, theater, and performance here. In the Kreuzberg M\u00fchlenhaupt courtyards, at Fidicinstra\u00dfe 40, Theater Thikwa operates a fully accessible venue in collaboration with the English Theatre Berlin. In close proximity to the theater is the Thikwa Workshop for Theater and Art \u2013 where the workplace is also located \u2013 which offers training in acting, dance, and visual arts for people considered to have intellectual, psychological, or learning disabilities. \n– Financial accounting, reviewing, classifying, and posting all receipts
\n– Managing bank transactions, invoice correspondence, and petty cash administration
\n– Processing salaries (external calculation), social security for artists, etc.
\n– Communication with the tax office
\n– Collaboration with project management, ensuring accurate reporting of funding allocations
\n– Office organization<\/p>\n
\n– Completed training as an accountant, tax clerk, or a comparable commercial qualification, or several years of experience as an accountant
\n– Proficiency in and relevant experience with the accounting software Lexware (a switch to DATEV may be possible), as well as common Office applications, particularly Excel\/spreadsheets
\n– Precise and reliable work style, independent work ethic, and teamwork skills<\/p>\n
